Recommendation

Additional Videographer or Assistant

For smoother coverage and richer storytelling.

All packages include one videographer by default. For the best coverage, consider a second videographer or at least an assistant.

Second Videographer
A full lead who can film parallel events—like capturing the groom's preparations while the main videographer films the bride. This saves time and ensures a richer, more complete storytelling experience with more footage from the entire day.
Assistant
Supports the main videographer with lighting, equipment, and a second camera angle. This lets the lead focus on moments instead of setup, giving you smoother, more comprehensive video.

Ideally, having both means the team stays focused on filming rather than technical tasks—resulting in the best coverage and the most polished final product.**

**The cost depends on many factors and is discussed individually.

**Drone usage depends on weather, proximity to airports, and other safety factors.

About Our Wedding Video Packages

Transparent Wedding Videography Pricing in Toronto

Wedding videography packages start at $1,400 +HST for a 6-hour Highlights film and go up to $3,800 +HST for a 12-hour Full Film package. Pricing is transparent — no hidden fees and no consultations required to see the price.

Each package includes aerial drone footage where safety and weather allow, professional editing, licensed music, and delivery through an online gallery. The reportage video — a full unedited recording of key moments — is also included in every package as a raw archive of your wedding day.

How to Choose the Right Wedding Video Package

If you want a compact emotional recap to share and rewatch often, the Highlights package is the most popular choice. Couples who want to preserve more of the day — including parts of the ceremony and reception — often choose the Short Film. For those who want the fullest possible record of the day, including full speeches and vows, the Full Film package offers the most complete documentary coverage.

When to Book Your Wedding Videographer

Popular wedding dates in Toronto and the GTA (May through October) fill up 6–12 months in advance. Booking early also gives more flexibility for planning the day, scouting venues, and coordinating with photographers and planners.
